2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sweetened vanilla almond milk (I used Silk)
12 oz fresh blackberries
For Streusel:
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, softened
