We love to grill steaks, specifically ribeye steaks, for dinner. My husband is an excellent griller and can grill steaks to order! So, when we decided to grill steaks for dinner on mother's day I knew I had to come up with a delicious topping for them! This one does not disappoint! Just three simple ingredients whizzed up together in the food processor (use a mini one if you have it) and you are on your way to a delicious topping for steak and almost anything else you choose to put this

1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. blue cheese crumbles
1/4 c. unsalted butter
Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with a blade attachment and pulse to combine.
