Blue Cheese Rosemary Greek Yogurt Dressing - A versatile salad dressing made with Greek yogurt that can also be used as a dip or a sauce.

½ cup (2 ounces) blue cheese
½ cup avocado mayonnaise
¼ cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
½ teaspoon maple syrup
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Place all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor, the carafe of a blender, or the beaker that came with your immersion blender, and process until smooth.
