Blueberry Almond Salsa

This sweet and salty salsa is absolutely delicious and will be your new favorite.

2 cups fresh blueberries
½ cup chopped almonds
½ cup roughly-chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tbls freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1 avacado, peeled, pitted and finely chopped
1 jalapeño, stem removed, seeded (depending on spiciness) and finely chopped
half a small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 tsp salt (if desired)
Toss all ingredients together and combine. If you would like a sweeter salsa, add 1-2 tsp honey (slightly warmed will mix in better)
