This recipe is a fun twist on traditional banana bread. Just add fresh blueberries! It's a great treat to have when blueberries are in season and makes a delectable dessert, snack or breakfast!

1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup mashed bananas
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans work best)

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and sugar.
