1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
Filling:
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
Filling:
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons milk
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well between each addition. Mix in vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream, beating well between additions.
Spoon a third of the batter into a greased and floured tube pan. Combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon; sprinkle half of the mixture over the batter. Top with half of the berries. Repeat layers, top with remaining batter.
Bake at 350° for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, then remove cake from pan. Combine glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm cake.
