For the muffins:
3 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
2/3 cup canola oil
2 eggs
2 cups fresh blueberries + 2 teaspoons flour

For the topping:
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
