The flavors of the coconut in the cookies with the creamy spread & blueberry pie filling all come together so nicely. It’s absolutely delicious.

1 (16 ounce) tub whipped topping- thawed - divided
8 ounces cream cheese - softened
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp butter extract
