Blueberry Muffins with Whole Wheat

These muffins are packed with nutrition, but so tasty!

2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
2 Tbsp milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 cup freshly ground wheat flour
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups blueberries
Whisk eggs, oil, milk, sugar, and almond extract. Stir in dry ingredients. Fold in blueberries. Batter will be very stiff. Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes....
