1 2/3 c. quick-cooking oats
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. light brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. unsweetened apple sauce (or canola oil)
2 eggs
2 c. blueberries + 2 T. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour

2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
