I had pork chops, I had blueberries… Hmmmm… the possibilities were endless!!

2 8 oz bone in pork chops
1 clove garlic, smashed
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 cup red wine
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 shallots, cut into rings
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Heat olive oil in the Ozeri and add garlic and chops. Saute on both sides until golden brown and done all the way through.
