Jelly Pudding :
1 packet of jelly powder blueberry flavor
750 ml of water
150 grams of sugar
1 drop of purple dye
Pudding foam :
50 grams of fresh blueberries , process in a blender
1 1/2 packs of white gelatin powder
900 ml of fresh liquid milk
200 grams of sugar
2 egg whites , beaten stiff
1 drop of purple dye
Pudding jelly : helly boiled , water , and sugar to the boil . Add dye and stir well . Pour pudding into a glass jelly , cool .
