3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup olive oil
5 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
3/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 1/4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
