This meal is so easy to prepare in the morning, and you have an entire meal ready at dinner. This is a great fallback when you know you are going to be busy… say with soccer practice, and there just isn't time to cook dinner. The meat comes out so tender, it is just plain delicious!! : )

1 Onion
10 Carrots
6 Medium Russet Potatoes
1 Bottle BBQ Sauce
¼ c. Chicken Broth

This crispy Oven Fried Chicken recipe is coated with Ranch dressing and dredged in a flavorful blend of Corn Flakes, bread crumbs and zesty seasoning. Use chicken breast, thighs or drumsticks for an oven baked dinner that tastes like it's deep-fried! The easy oven fried chicken is delicious alongside mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, or Southern-style green beans.

1 c dry breadcrumbs
1 c Corn Flakes cereal crumbs
2 t sugar
2 t paprika
2 t onion powder
2 t garlic powder
2 t kosher salt
