Sauce
¼ cup BBQ sauce
1 teaspoons mustard powder
1 clove garlic
½ onion, minced
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon brown sugar
½ tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon mexican chilli powder
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cornflour

Quick Red Onion Pickle
1 red onion
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon beetroot brine (optional)
1/2 teaspoon wholegrain mustard (optional)
Sauce
¼ cup BBQ sauce
1 teaspoons mustard powder

Quick Red Onion Pickle
1 red onion
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon beetroot brine (optional)
1/2 teaspoon wholegrain mustard (optional)
Mix together all the sauce ingredients (except the cornflour). Pour it over the short ribs, then put the ribs into a slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours.
