1 cup of grated Coconut
1/2 cup of Raisins
4 cups of Milk
3 drops of Vanilla Essence
5 chopped Almonds
1 tbs of Butter
Sugar to taste

Sugar to taste
Cut the bread into cubes.
Add hot milk to it.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the butter and mix well.
Grease a tray with butter, pour the mixture in it and flatten the same.
Put it in the oven to cook for around 40 minutes.
Take out from the oven and leave to cool down.
You can serve it along with a cup of hot tea.
