Crispy outside, tender and juicy inside! These breaded pork chops uses japanese bread flakes for breading .
4 pork chops, about half an inch thick
2 eggs
½ cup flour
1 cup Japanese bread crumbs flakes
2 Tbsp fish sauce or ½ Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp lemon juice / kalamansi juice
1 tsp pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying
