1/3 cup whole milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
2 tablespoons butter
5-6 links sausage browned and cooled
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 handfuls baby spinach optional

water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
