Brick Sandwich

I had never heard of a brick sandwich until I was watching a cooking show one day and they made one. I thought it was so clever to use a brick to press it together!

1 loaf focaccia bread
2-4 oz spreadable cream cheese
2 roasted red bell peppers, drained and patted dry
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and patted dry
6 slices provolone cheese
4 oz sun-dried tomatoes, drained and patted dry
1/2 lb sliced salami
1/4-1/3 cup basil, fresh or dried
Lay the bread on a cutting board and cut in half lengthwise. Take some of the bread out of the middle to accommodate the filling. Spread the cream cheese evenly on both sides of the bread....
