Brisket Potato Skins are the grown up version of the classic you know and love. Filled with smoked brisket meat, caramelized onions, sweet BBQ sauce, and you can’t forget the cheese! Serve them as an appetizer to a crowd or make just a few for a great lunch.

1/2 large onion sliced {you can slice them a day ahead or that morning}
