Broccoli and cauliflower gratin is a great substitute for Mc & Cheese if you are looking for a Carb-free meal. Just serve it with some grilled chicken and you're set.

1 small head of broccoli
1 1/2 cup of béchamel Sauce
2 tablespoons of butter cut into small pieces
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
