This one is sure to be a crowd pleaser. This looks impressive and time-consuming but, shh, it's so simple to make!

1 ea Chicken Breast, bone less, skinless
3 Tbls Shredded Cheese, I used Colby Monterrey mix
5 ea Broccoli florets, small, I used frozen and let them thaw completely, you can use fresh make sure they are lightly blanched

4 c coarsely chopped green cabbage
4 c beef broth
15 oz tomato sauce
