Broccoli Casserole

A cheesy, delicious broccoli casserole that's perfect for family dinner and get togethers!

2- 10 oz. packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 cup mayonnaise (don't use a generic brand)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1- 10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
slivered almonds (small package)
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9 inch pyrex dish with cooking spray. In a large mixing bowl combine broccoli, almonds, mayo, cheese, soup, and eggs. Mix well with a spoon or spatula. Place the mixture in the prepared baking dish. Top with the crushed crackers and pour the melted butter evenly over the crackers. Bake for 35 minutes. The top should be slightly golden brown when finished.
