Broccoli Cheese Spaghetti Squash – spaghetti squash tossed with broccoli, Italian seasonings and cheese, baked in the squash shell.

1 spaghetti squash, cut in half
2 Tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
Non-stick spray
2 cups chopped broccoli florets
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp basil
¼ tsp thyme
pinch of salt and pepper
½ cup part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1/3 cup Feta cheese
2 Tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
Non-stick spray
2 cups chopped broccoli florets

Cut the squash in half lengthwise from stem to tail and scrape out the seeds.
