Broccoli Crunch Salad

a wonderful healthy crunchy salad...I love this salad so delicious

1 head of broccoli broken into florets
1 small head of cauliflower broken in florets
1/2 c. of raisins
1/2 C of dried cranberries
1 pkg of broccoli slaw
1 green apple diced
1/2 cup red onion diced
2 TLBS sunflower seeds

dressing:
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable oil
To make the dressing, pour into a blender or food processor and blend for 20 seconds. Pour over the veggies, chill and serve.
