Onion - 1 Medium Size
Tomato - 1 Medium Size
Green Chilli - 4/5 Pieces
Jeera or Cumin Seed - Few
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Coriander Powder - 2 Spoons
Sabji Masala (optional) - 1/4 Spoon
Salt - 3/4 Spoon
Cooking Oil - 4 Spoons
Potato - 1 Medium Size
Onion - 1 Medium Size
Tomato - 1 Medium Size
Green Chilli - 4/5 Pieces
Jeera or Cumin Seed - Few
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Spoon
Coriander Powder - 2 Spoons
Sabji Masala (optional) - 1/4 Spoon
Salt - 3/4 Spoon
Cooking Oil - 4 Spoons
Potato - 1 Medium Size
Heat Cooking Oil in Thava for 2 to 3 minutes and Add few Jeera
Fry the Chopped Broccoli with the Oil for 10 to 15 minutes
Add the Sliced Onion,Potato,Chilli and fry for another 5 to 10 minutes
