Brown Sugar Bacon Wrapped Pork Roast

With the aroma of this sweet roast, drifting through your house for the whole day. You will be so excited when dinner is finally ready!!

Ingredients:

1) 1 Cup Brown Sugar
2) 1 Tsp Celery Salt
3) 1 Tsp Course Salt
4) 1/2 Tsp Crushed Pepper
5) 1 lb Pork Shoulder (Boneless or Bone in)
6) 1/2 lb of Sliced Bacon

Brine Ingredients:

1) 2 Cups Chicken Broth
2) 1 Tsp Soy Sauce
3) 1/2 an Onion, very thinly sliced
4) 1 Tbsp of your favorite spices
Directions: A) Combine powdered ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well. Cover roast with rub. B) Cover spiced roast fully, with bacon. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Directions: 1) Combine all of the ingredients into your crock pot. Bring to a boil, then add roast. 2) Cover and simmer on low heat for 8-10 hours. 3) Serve with salad, rice or mashed potatoes.
