From scratch blueberry muffins kept extra moist with brown sugar. Perfectly light and fluffy with a deep, sweet flavor.

1½ cups all purpose flour
½ tablespoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons white sugar
¼ cup canola oil
1 tablespoon butter ( softened )
1 egg
¾ cup sour cream
1½ cups frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
¼ cup turbinado sugar ( for sprinkling on top )
