2 teaspoons chipotle seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 red onion
1 (8 oz) can pineapple rings (reserve juice)
4 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons pineapple juice
4 boneless pork chops
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled
Sprinkle with parsley for garnish, if desired
