1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. crisp rice cereal
1 1/4 c. chocolate caramel-filled candies ( such as Rolos, cut in half )
