Cupcake size chocolate chip cookie cups. Perfect for filling with ice cream, frosting, etc.

1/2 cup unsalted butter, browned
1 large egg
3/4 cup packed brown sugar (I used dark)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup bittersweet baking chips (what'd I use? Ghirardelli, of course)
