Brownie Marshmallow Cupcakes (aka Mississippi Mud)

If you have ever had this cake, you know how yummy, wonderful, and delicious it is. It is one of my all time favorite cakes. It's an old recipes from when I was a child (a long long time ago) and it honestly doesn't take long to make. Many people call it a Mississippi Mud Cake which is how my recipe is titled. I have had it many times in sheet cake form but I wanted to try it in cupcake form. It turned out perfect and it's a much less messy way to eat it.

CUPCAKE

2 cups of sugar
1 ½ cups flour
2/3 cup cocoa
2 sticks of butter, melted
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cups of pecans or walnuts (chopped)
About 5 oz. of miniature marshmallows


ICING

2 cups of powdered sugar
½ cup cocoa
½ stick butter, melted
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients for brownies except marshmallows and nuts. The mixture will be thick since it is more of a thick brownie than a cake. Once ingredients are combined, stir in nuts. Bake in 350 degree...
