For the cupcake

½ cup cocoa powder
2/3 cup boiling water
2/3 cup bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 ½ sticks softened butter
1 ½ cups sugar
4 whole eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup plain Greek yogurt

For the Frosting

½ cup butter
1 ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
4 cup powdered sugar
½ cup cream
