Buffalo Chicken Lasagna Recipe

So with an hour until dinner time, I decided that I would convert the recipe to go into my oven. The results were AWESOME! If you have a buffalo chicken lover around, you will definitely want to try this recipe.

10 lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled
2-3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 (26 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup buffalo sauce (I love Frank's)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 green peppers, diced
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 zucchini, diced (optional- I am just always looking for ways to get more vegetables)
2 celery stalks, diced
1 (15 oz) container ricotta cheese (or you could use cottage cheese)
1 (4 oz) container bleu cheese crumbles
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese
