Buffalo Chicken Soup

A Red Hot Chicken soup reminiscent of Buffalo hot wings.

•2.5 Lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut in 1? pieces
•½ Large onion chopped
•2 Medium stalks Celery chopped (I omit this)
•2 carrots chopped (about 1 cup)
•1 15 oz Can diced tomatoes
•1 15 oz Canellini Beans
•4 Cups Chicken Broth
•2 t. chili powder
•1 t cumin
•1 t salt
•½ t ground pepper
•¼ C Buffalo wing Sauce (I use Franks)
•Diced celery and blue cheese for garnish
