All purpose flour/refined flour -2 cups,
Butter- 1 cup,
Salt- a small pinch,
Sugar - 1 cup,
Cardamom - 5.

Powder together sugar and cardamom well in mixer. Beat the butter well and add sugar powder and salt. Add flour and knead well and make smooth dough, do not add any water. Divide the dough into small balls. Place the dough balls on a greased baking tin about inch apart. Bake the biscuits in pre heated oven at 180 degree C for about 15 minutes or biscuits are lightly golden brown. Now your yummy butter biscuit is ready.
