Nutralite Butter 3 tablespoons
Garlic cloves green7-8
French beans chopped2 tablespoons
Cabbage grated2 tablespoons
Cauliflower grated2 tablespoons
Carrot grated2 tablespoons
Onions chopped1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Green garlic 8-10 stalks
Step 1 Finely chop green garlic clovesStep 2 Heat butter in a non-stick wok, add garlic and onions and saute.Step 3 Add French beans, cabbage, cauliflower and carrot and mix well.Step 4 Add salt and cooked rice. Sprinkle ΒΌ cup water, add garlic paste and mix well.Step 5 Finely chop green garlic stalks and add and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.Step 6 Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
