Butterscotch Hot Chocolate and Homemade Marshmallows

Whip up a batch to warm up and snuggle in for the day or night. I know that you will love making your own hot chocolate so much you will never go to the store again!

For the Hot Chocolate Mix:
1 cup dark or semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
3/4 cup dry creamer or powdered milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 dutch process cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
For the Marshmallows:
2 Tbsp unflavored powdered gelatin
½ cup cold water
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup light corn syrup, divided
¼ cup water
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup powdered sugar for dusting
