1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1 Large egg (room temperature)
2 teaspoons grapefruit rind
1 3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup fat free buttermilk
1/2 cup chopped pecans (candied (directions below))
1 cup sugar
1 cup fresh grapefruit juice (three large grapefruits)
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
