My version of California Pizza Kitchen's BLT Pizza, which is a BLT in pizza form.

Pizza Dough
3/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
1 3/4 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
cornmeal
Pizza Toppings
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled cooked turkey bacon
2-3 Roma tomatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch thick slices
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
3-4 tablespoon miracle whip
3/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

In the bowl of a stand mixer dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water. Let sit for about 5 minutes or until the mixture foams.
