A copycat version of California\\\'s Pizza Kitchens Kung Pao Chicken.

1 pound spaghetti noodles
2 tablespoon canola oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
black pepper, to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Sauce
2/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons red chili paste with garlic
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame oil
