This is another family favorite in my house passed down from my mom. Sometimes I will cheat and buy store bought pizza dough that is already made, but my family prefers the homemade dough. I make them smaller than the calzones you’d get in a pizza place, and I make a lot! They go fast and they are definitely something to try!

3 cups all purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp. rapid rise yeast
1 tsp. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup hot water
cornmeal
cooking spray
Toppings
pepperoni
olives
jalapeños
shredded mozzarella cheese
2 1/4 tsp. rapid rise yeast
1 tsp. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup hot water
cornmeal
cooking spray
Toppings
pepperoni
olives
jalapeños
shredded mozzarella cheese
Heat up oven on the lowest setting. As soon as it's preheated turn it off.
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Once combined turn out onto a floured surface. Knead until smooth.
