1 loaf Baguette or small Ciabatta
1 bulb Roasted garlic, recipe follows
3 Tbsp. Olives, pitted and chopped
½ cup Roasted red peppers, cut into strips
8 oz. Cambaloza cheese, slice about 1/3 inch thick
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
