Candied Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies with candied maple pecans. These cookies salty, sweet, have a maple undertone and are packed full of chocolate chips.

Candied Pecans;
1/2 Cup Pecans, Chopped
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Chocolate Chip Cookies;
110g Butter, Melted
1/4 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Egg
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Tbsp Cornflour
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 and 3/4 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Candied Pecans
