Caramel Chocolate Chunk Pumpkin Bread

Chocolate pumpkin bread loaded with chocolate chunks and topped with a homemade caramel frosting is a must make this fall.

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil ( I use canola )
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
1/3 cup milk
3/4 cup chocolate chunks
1 cup caramel filled chocolate chips
For the caramel frosting
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips
