Caramel Ice Cream Pull~Aparts ~ Bite-Sized biscuits loaded with an ooey, gooey caramel sauce made out of ice cream!

1 c. ice cream
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 (7.5 oz) containers Pillsbury biscuits, cut into quarters
2 tsp cinnamon
1 c. ice cream

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place quartered biscuits in pan. Sprinkle biscuits with cinnamon.
