Caramel Popcorn with Molasses

A Creamier Caramel popcorn,

4-6 Cups of popped Popcorn
1/2 Cup margarine
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Tbsp Molasses
1 Tsp Baking Soda
A) In a medium sauce pan, combine all ingredients except baking soda, and bring to a boil. B) Once boiling, remove from heat and add baking soda. C) In a Large baking pan, add popcorn. Pour caramel sauce over popcorn. D) Bake at 225F for 1 hour, stiring evry 10 minutes. E) Place on wax paper to cool, then enjoy!
