Looking for a easy but delicious dessert? I have one for you to try with my Caramelized Apple Galette. I love to make a dessert that is delicate and easy to make, easy to serve, and so incredibly delicious to eat. My dessert has caramelized Granny Smith Apples that get nice and gooey. They are tender so you can cut it with a fork or stand and eat it pizza style. The addition of the baking raisins add a nice sweetness to this dessert. Top your dessert with ice cream or whipped cream. Great

5 Granny Smith Apples, peeled & thinly sliced

2 Tablespoons, Butter, unsalted

1 Teaspoon, Ground Cinnamon

1/2 Cup, Dark Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon, Kosher Salt

1 Teaspoon, Pure Vanilla Extract

6 oz., Baking Raisins

1 Tablespoon, All-Purpose Flour

1 Pie Crust *store-bought or homemade (For a homemade recipe see below link)

1-2 Tablespoons, Milk, to brush onto pie crust

1 Teaspoon+ Sugar, to sprinkle on pie crust
