Chocolate and Caramel make for a great bar cookie that everyone loves!

2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
2 cups Flour
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup butter (3 sticks)
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
14 oz Caramel Ice Cream Topping
2 T flour
Preheat oven 350 Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, butter, baking soda, salt and vanilla in a mixer until a crumb like mixture is formed. Press 1/2 of the mix into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake 10 minutes. Mix caramel sauce with 2 T flour. Layer on top of baked mixture. Top with chocolate chips. The sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top. Bake 20 - 22 min more. Cool completely before cutting. Placing in refrigerator once pan in cool makes bars much easier to cut.

Cucumber Juice Recipe For Weight Loss

2 Cucumbers
1 lemon juice and zest
2 tablespoons fresh mint

Peel the cucumbers and chop them into large pieces. Put these cucumbers, lemon juice, lemon zest, and mint in a blender. Blend for about 3 minutes or until the juice is smooth.
