Carrot Casserole

3 pounds carrots peeled and sliced
3 cups sugar
1 1/2 butter
6 large eggs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 2 ( 1 and a half quart) baking dishes. Cook carrots in boiling water until they are tender then drain. In the bowl of a food processor, combine carrots, sugar, butter, eggs, flour, baking powder and cinnamon, pulse until smooth. Put mixture into the prepared pans. Bake for 1 hour or until set. Immediately serve.
